Meet at 5pm at Giuffrida Park, 800 Westfield Rd, Meriden. Enjoy views of Mount Higby, Sleeping Giant, Hubbard Park & Hanging Hills of Meriden. Ozone detector card demo. Afterwards drive to CFPA building for pizza, conservation networking, CT-AMC Conservation overview & most importantly fun! Please RSVP by 7/9. Water, hiking shoes & appropriate clothing required. Rain cancels hike. Alternate date Wed Aug 9. CFPA is east on RT 66, in Rockfall (Middlefield)*Directions: From I-91 North or South take exit 20. Proceed West on Country Club Rd (from the south turn left, from the north turn left on Middle street then right)- go 1.6 mi. Bear left at Westfield Rd - go 0.6.
