Bulls Bridge Clean-up AT and River Shore Cleanup

Members of the CT AMC Conservation Committee were joined by other AMC members, ridge-runners, and Venture Crew 242 to clean up the Housatonic River shore and a section of the Appalachian Trail at Bulls Bridge, CT.  All together we had 24 people participating!  This is the most we've had at any of our cleanups.  With that many people we finished in about three hours and had collected 36 bags of trash, two coils of cable, a grill top, and a tire.  Thanks to all those that participated the event was a great success.  We couldn't have worked so fast and covered as much ground if everyone hadn't given us a couple of hours of their time on a beautiful fall Saturday.
