Work Projects followed by Social Hour

Join the Trails Committee in a day of comradeship, hiking and working on the AT in Connecticut.

Get in a little hiking and work on one of the following projects:

• Warren Turnpike erosion control
• Control (cribbing) at north end of Stanley Tract
• River Walk
• Perform Boundary Maintenance, and more

If you enjoy hiking our trails, come out and learn how the trail is maintained.

Tools are supplied. Bring work gloves, lunch and plenty of water. BYOB for the social.

Meet 9:00 am at Housatonic Meadows State Park day use area (not the campground). From the junction of Routes 4 & 7 at Cornwall Bridge, proceed North on RT 7 0.6mi. to the Housatonic Meadows State Park day use area. (The campground is another 1.1 mi. north.)

Get together for a Social to follow at 3:30 pm at HVA. Donations appreciated.
